This was one of my first big project's I had done during college. Our brief was to reimagine the 1965 book Dune in our own vision. I wanted to do something fun and a bit strange, so I decided to reimagine them as insects! Specifically desert dwelling bugs.
This project was one of my favorites I did in college. The brief was just "An apocalypse of you're choosing." To which I was more then happy to invest time into a insect apocalypse. My Idea was that the world was being infested with a disease that slowly turned everyone into mindless insects.
SONG LYRIC KEYFRAME
For this project, we were told to look for a lyric or verse from a song or poem and create a keyframe based on the verse or lyrics. For my keyframe, I used "Goodbye My Danish Sweetheart" by Mitsuki.
For my practicum final, I wanted to have some fun with creature designing a monster along with making a analog horror/found footage photo edit illustration. Where in which I looked up a photo on the internet and then drew some sort of creature into it based on what about the picture inspires me.The photo illustration was heavily inspired by twitter artist Trevor Henderson, so I looked at a lot of his work along with previous photo edit illustrations I had done for reference.

"DEAD BY DAYLIGHT" SKIN CONCEPTS
DBD is one of my favorite games to play, so I thought it would be fun to invest some time into some ideas for skins for some of the killer characters in the game.
"INORBIT STUDIOS" INTERNSHIP WORK
I was lucky enough to have an internship with InOrbit studios, a startup game studio, in my senior year of college. Here is all the work I've done for them!
PHOTO EDIT ILLUSTRATIONS
Photo edit illustrations are one of my favorite artworks to do. Not only do they look creepy and play on the feel of the uncanny valley, but their great as painting studies as well!

FAKE BRANDING PRACTICE MOCKUP: “LEMON”
I’ve never worked on anything regarding creating a brand and I haven’t worked on any logos in a long time, so I decided to make a little mockup of a ‘totally real not fake brand’ named Lemon to practice! The programs I used were Procreate for the designs of the logos and icons, and I used Canva to create this mockup presentation for my fake brand!
KEYCHAIN ACRYLIC CHARMS
For my senior project, I wanted to try and make a playable 2D game demo. I used Unreal Engine for the programing and Aseprite for the pixel art.
"DEAD SPACE" INSPIRED WEAPONS
This was another project I really liked working on during my time in college. The brief was to recreate or make weapons based on your game of choice using programs like Fusion 360 and Unreal. Unfortunately, Unreal had been very buggy this year for majority of the class. So working with Unreal wasn't as mandatory as originally planned, but I still had fun learning!
"EVERBLOOM GAMES" MARKETING ART
When working as a marketing artist for "Everbloom games", my main task was to make rough thumbnails and then import their minecraft mod model. These renders were then used for the Minecraft Marketplace to advertise their minecraft maps and mods.
For as long as I remember video games and film have played a massive part in who I am as an artist and a person. I was enamored with games like Godzilla: Destroy all Monsters Melee and movies like Apollo 18.Despite how much games or movies like those made me frustrated or scared, I always had a love for them that has only pushed my desire more to help create games or stories like those to enamor others like me. I believe there is always a opportunities to learn and improve from those around you and I hope to continue to learn from others in my field as I continue to develop as an artist.
